What this site is

The site describes Emotional Intelligence coaching, workshops and self-coaching tools offered by Sakshi Pasricha, and lets you get in touch or book a conversation. Everything published here is for general information.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care

This matters more than anything else on the page. Coaching supports reflection, growth and change. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment or medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Nothing on this site should be used as a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or anyone else, contact your local emergency service or a crisis line straight away.

Decisions you make during or after coaching remain yours, and you are responsible for them.

Bookings and enquiries

Booking a time through this site reserves a conversation. It does not by itself create an ongoing coaching agreement. Anything covering fees, scheduling, cancellation or confidentiality is agreed separately before work begins.

Content on this site

The text, images, workshop material and downloadable tools on this site belong to Sakshi Pasricha unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read and share links. Republishing, reselling or reproducing the material for commercial use requires written permission.

Links and embedded services

Some pages link to or embed services run by other companies, including the booking calendar and contact form. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and are outside the control of this site.

Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it is. Reasonable care goes into keeping it accurate and available, but no guarantee is made that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted. Details of workshops and sessions can change.
